Cancellation & Late Policy

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and applied to your service total.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid additional fees.Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a total charge of 60% of the service total. Since your 30% deposit is non-refundable, an additional 30% late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

No-call/no-shows will also be charged a total of 60%.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

By booking, you authorize Optimal Health Massage LLC to charge the card on file according to this policy.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated the same as a late cancellation.
